Another best-kept secret and off the beaten path vineyard that makes some amazing wines is Aonair. You may have seen them in one of our previous blogs back in April when we drank some wine and had a chat with Aonair's very own Grant Long in the vineyard.
Aonair wines are identified by the coat of arms of the Hannigan clan, an ode to Grant’s mother’s maiden name. Appropriately enough, the word Aonair is Gaelic for “one man,” and it reflects the hands-on approach Grant takes in every aspect of the wine-making process.
